Return and refund policy for Merchandise & Digital Products
This return and refund policy is for customers who have purchased merchandise from our Shopify store.
1. Eligibility
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within [3] days of the delivery date.
- Item Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

- Items marked as "Final Sale".
- Customized or personalized merchandise unless there's a quality issue or production error.
- Gift cards or Digital Products
- Perishable goods or certain personal care items (e.g., underwear, swimwear).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
2. Initiation and process
- How to initiate a return: To start a return, call us at (470) 713-6338 and speak to a representative to submit a request.
- Required Information: You will need your order number, the name/SKU of the item(s) you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photographs if the item is damaged or defective.
- Review and Approval: Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and respond within 7-14 business days.
- Return Instructions: If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed return instructions and a prepaid return label (if applicable).
- Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories and do not write directly on the original packaging.
- Shipping: Ship the package back using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return instructions.
3. Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs for damaged or defective items will be not be covered.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or store credit if that is not possible. Processing typically takes 7-14 business days, with an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Partial refunds may be given for items returned late or not in their original condition.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges for size, color, or variations of the same product are permitted if the item is in original condition. Requests should be made within [3] days of delivery by emailing thelifeunit@gmail.com with order details. Instructions for the exchange process will be provided upon approval. Customers cover return shipping unless the exchange is due to a defect.
6. Important considerations
The right is reserved to refuse returns suspected of policy abuse. The shop is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
